Happy First Day of School Eve!
Tomorrow is the big day that you have been waiting for all summer! The first day of a new school year is always one that is filled with a mixture of excitement, nervousness, and a spirit of adventure. I am so excited to be a part of this school year at Manila Elementary and look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for the beginning of this new school journey. Maybe it is your first day of Kindergarten and you are taking your very first steps into Elementary School or it is your first day of 6th grade and you are preparing to step out into Middle School and High School after this year, remember that this is the opportunity for a new beginning! Your teachers and the staff at Manila Elementary are so excited to see you! We have waited all summer and we are all coming together for a time such as this, to make our mark in the world! I hope you all get a great night's rest and come prepared and ready for all that may await us!

They took the time to not only clean the front of our elementary building this afternoon, but they also changed out our worn Arkansas and American flags for us!!!
